The New interview experience with Gava Private ltd DEPZ.
Bismillahir Rahmanihir Rahim. Hello friends of the world, I hope you are all wFahsAlhamdulillah, I am also well by the grace of Allah. I have not been among you for a few days due to my busy schedule. Because you all know, I have graduated and I am doing a merchandising course. Since we live in Narsingdi. The merchandising course is mainly done in Uttara. It is near Dhaka Airport. The fare from the airport is 20 taka. So, in addition to my job, I go to post merchandising every Friday since I have a textile background. I have studied in textiles for 8 years. I have completed a four-year diploma and a four-year B.Sc by the grace of Allah. So now I am going to do a job in merchandising. That is why I mainly did my merchandising course. So you all know that I do a job. It is Friday off day there. I take a holiday on Fridays and have to go to Dhaka to do a merchandising course. Since I travel from Narsingdi to Dhaka from Narsingdi if there is no traffic jam, it takes about one and a half to two hours and because of the Gemjara, it takes four to five hours. I basically have classes from 9 am to 12 noon. I leave home at 6 am and try to reach there before 9 am. I start at 9 am and even if I am 5 minutes late from 9:00, I have to stand. For this reason, even though it is very difficult, I try to go a little earlier and try to reach there before 9 pm. I have to work according to some rules for a job that has an afternoon.
How many calls are there for a job on August 29? I have completed my graduation. I apply for many jobs, I apply constantly. I was called on August 29. Since I was working, my duty was from 10 pm to 6 am. My exam was at 9 am, this is Dhaka EPZ. So everything was going on like every day. My office was closed on Friday, due to which I fell asleep early at night and woke up at 4 am and left for Dhaka. The 5:07 train was a little late. From Narsingdi, I took the train and went to Dhaka airport, from there I took a bus to Dhaka EPZ. So this is where the multinational company has come to Dhaka. Here, several of us go there for the exam. So we go one by one from each district, I went from Gazipur, some from Barisal. The first thing I noticed was that when we went there, our written exam started at exactly 9 am. There was a one-time test. Then, after looking at the books, they selected people and asked them to sit for viva. Since it was Friday, everyone had a star for Friday prayers at noon. After the written test was completed, they gave them some time to have lunch for prayers. The most interesting thing was that they only gave us one go and a biscuit. After giving the written test, they waited there for a while. The area of Dhaka EPJET is so big that if I wanted to go out or go to the shop to eat something, it would take me about 30 minutes to walk. We talked a little and lunch was arranged from the office. Rooster Pola was also given. We were so hungry that we ate the food as soon as it was served. After lunch, viva started at 2:00 pm. First, we gave viva to each one. Those who liked them were asked to stay for a while, that is, those who were selected were asked to stay.
Those who were selected were asked to sit for negotiations again. Our viva exam was completed, then they were asking how much the job salary could be. Everything went well, thank God, except that the job salary is a little less, so those who are freshers have less salary in the first job. Those who have more experience in the textile sector and whose employees are older have more salary. Those who are younger have less salary. So we contact all those who are selected for the job and we take their contact numbers and Facebook IDs so that we can contact them later. So we wait here for a while to give the viva and negotiate again. They tell us a range for the salary that we will join and when we will be able to join. So I don't have time for a few days and they later said that they will call us within a few days and let us know when we will join.
