My favorite super mart is located in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. To get here, you can take an auto rickshaw, bicycle, or private car from anywhere in Narayanganj city. The fare here will cost 10-50 BDT or 0.6-3 Steem from different places in Narayanganj. This mart is located in the heart of the city.
"Fresh” is a brand of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). The founder/chairman of Meghna Group is Mostafa Kamal. Mostafa Kamal founded this super mart. The established period of this mart is 2020. It was established 5 years ago. It works as a retail outlet to deliver “Fresh” brand products directly to the customers.
Fresh Super Mart is a retail outlet of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). The main activity of this outlet is to deliver daily necessities directly to the consumers. The main activity is to collect various products of "Fresh" directly from the factory, stock them, and sell them directly. Also, to make it easy for the customers to find their desired products, different sections are arranged in different parts of the floor where specific products are arranged. Another one of their activities is to keep the floors clean at all times. Also, to attract local customers, discount offers, festival-based promotions, membership cards or loyalty programs are run at different times of the year
This Super store is open Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Friday is an off day.

- ⏺️ I do not know the exact number of employees of this store, but there are two cash counters where there are two cashiers who do billing and two people at both counters are engaged to place the products of the speakers from the trolley on the counter.
- ⏺️ There are two or more employees to take for cleaning. The few times I have been there, I have seen only two people.
- ⏺️ There are certain employees for arranging products on shelves, removing old products, etc.
- ⏺️ There is an office room on one side of this store where customers can report any objections they have. There is a manager there.
- ⏺️ There is an employee for CCTV monitoring.
All employees here are polite, helpful and professional with customers. According to the mart's policy, wearing a uniform (with the company name and initials) and ID card is mandatory. The security staff has a separate uniform. Employees work from 9 am to 7 pm.

This super mart has various facilities. There is a backup generator to keep the store running in case of a power outage. There is also adequate lighting and it is air-conditioned all the time. There is a refrigerator to store frozen items where the power supply is running 24/7. There are CCTV cameras throughout the entire story, including the entrance, cash counter, etc. There is also a security guard at the entrance who is always active. Apart from that, his special job is to make a hole in the cash memo when a customer buys a product and leaves so that no one can take any product out of that cash memo later. This store has a fire extinguisher for safety.

Only fresh products are available in this super mart. These products are grains like rice, flour, pulses, oil, milk powder, spices etc. There is also ice cream and a few frozen items. There is a large collection of baby diapers and tissues. There are also biscuits, notebooks, pens, and pencils. The manufacturing and expiry dates are clearly displayed on each product.Fresh Super Mart's product quality is generally high, prices are 15-20% off the market price throughout the year.

Often you can get buy one and get one offer. Now move to the product replacement methods. There are some rules for replacement your purchased products.
- 🚫 Products must be in good condition.
- 🚫 Itmust be unopened
- 🚫 You have to bring original buying reciept.
- 🚫 Have to replaced within 7 days of purchase.
- 🚫 Just go to the billing counter or manager and show your payment receipt and then pick another one. You can purchase expensive product buy adding some money.

Pros and Cons
We can't diny that evey store has some pros and cons,I believe. So here are some pros and cons of this super mart.
