I don't feel like eating anything because I'm hungry. I can't sleep either. So today I searched on YouTube how to make fish stew or fish filling. Then I found a type of fish dish that I liked a lot. Then I cooked it right away, and today I'm here to share it with you. Fish paturi, which may be familiar to many, but may be unfamiliar to many. To be honest, I didn't know it was so fun to eat.
First of all, I am sharing with you what ingredients you might need to cook this fish paturi.
I took tilapia fish, you can take any fish, three to four pieces. Five to six very young lemon leaves. Six medium-sized onions. As much raw chili as you like. One tablespoon of dried chili. One tablespoon of turmeric powder. Salt to taste. One cup of oil. Try adding a little more oil, this will make the fish paturi taste much better.
Now let's share with you how to cook it. First, I washed and cleaned the fish well and rubbed turmeric salt in it. I kept it like this with a lid for a while. Then what I did was pour oil in the pan. Then when the oil got hot, I fried the fish in it, until it was lightly browned. When the fish was fried, I took out the fish and added onion, chili, garlic paste along with turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder and salt as required.
When my spices were well ground, I served the fish. Before serving the fish, you have to keep one thing in mind, you have to remove the bones from the fish. This will make even small children like to eat these fish paturi. Then I nicely fried the fish paturi in oil for a while. Then what I did was I chopped the lemon leaves and added them to the fish. It had such a beautiful smell that it is impossible to describe. You won't understand it unless you cook it and eat it.
However, I then reduced the flame, because if the flame is high, then there is a possibility that your food will burn completely. So you have to cook by reducing the flame a lot. This will make your fish completely soft and it will be much better to eat. You can understand how beautifully I made the fish paturi by looking at my photography.
After frying it for a while, you will see that your fish paturi is ready. Of course, be careful not to use water. Because if you use water in it, it will not taste so good. Then if you want, you can serve it hot with hot rice and eat it with rice. Which is really amazing. To be honest, I made it exactly as they said and after eating it, I realized that it is really amazing. You should definitely make this and feed it to those who do not want to eat fish, you will see that they will want to eat it again and again.
