Jackfruit is the national fruit of our country. Jackfruit is famous as a juicy and delicious fruit, it is a summer fruit. However, jackfruit is available for some time after the monsoon and monsoon. I am a citizen of Bangladesh, and the popular fruits for most people in Bangladesh are jackfruit, mango and litchi. The people of this country understand summer through these fruits. We enjoy these fruits every year, these fruits are very delicious to eat sweetly and they also have special nutritional properties.

The taste of the national fruit of my country is different from all fruits. We can enjoy this fruit in the summer in the month of Jyishta. The skin of the jackfruit is rough and prickly, the inside of the jackfruit is made of cells and there is a seed in each cell. When it is raw, the outer skin of the jackfruit is green, and when the fruit is ripe, its skin becomes light yellow-green. Jackfruit seedlings grow from seeds, if there is water at the base of the tree for a long time, the jackfruit tree dies. Jackfruit is a delicious and nutritious fruit, raw jackfruit curry is very delicious. Jackfruit is a fruit whose seeds are also edible and beneficial. Jackfruit seeds are very high in calories as a curry and if we want, we can dry these seeds for a few days and then fry them, which tastes very delicious. The thick skin of jackfruit is a favorite food of cows and buffaloes, and ripe jackfruit is very sweet and delicious to eat.

Jackfruit is a seasonal fruit, this fruit is not available all year round in Bangladesh, only in summer and half of the rainy season, we can get and taste this fruit. In the months of Magh and Falgun, jackfruit is harvested from the jackfruit tree, and jackfruit is made from the jackfruit. Jackfruit starts growing from the month of Chaitra and starts ripening from the month of Baishakh. Jackfruit is the most protein-rich fruit in Bangladesh.
Jackfruit is found more or less everywhere in Bangladesh. More jackfruit is found in Narsingdi, Gazipur, Mymensingh, Tangail, Jessore. Moreover, its yield should be increased greatly by planting jackfruit trees around the house. We can eat jackfruit in different ways, such as:
1: When I was a child, I saw my grandmother mixing jackfruit with rice and eating it with a little milk. This would increase the taste of the food many times over. I have never tried it, but I want to try this dish when jackfruit comes out this summer.
2: We can mix jackfruit juice with milk and eat it, which will double the taste of jackfruit. Moreover, we can eat it by mixing muri with jackfruit seeds, this dish is also very tasty to eat.
3: We can also cook jackfruit raw with various fish and meat, and it also tastes very delicious in curry. Moreover, after eating ripe jackfruit, we can dry its seeds and cook or fry them, which is quite fun.
4: I sometimes make jackfruit juice and eat it. The fragrance of this fruit always fascinates me and its juice is also very tasty to eat. In a word, I can say that now jackfruit is more or less popular with everyone, we can eat jackfruit in different ways.

Yes, I like to eat the national fruit of our country jackfruit because I like sweet food very much and jackfruit fruit is very sweet and also very delicious to eat so I like to eat this fruit. The cells inside this fruit are very juicy and sweet, the cells inside this fruit are sometimes a little hard and sometimes very soft, I like the soft cells more. And with this fruit we can eat muri, we can cook curry with this fruit when it is raw, we can also cook curry with its seeds, no matter how we eat it, this fruit is very delicious.
And since this fruit is not available all year round, in that case, we can make juice of this fruit and keep it in the refrigerator and collect it. So that I can make different kinds of things with jackfruit juice according to my wish. It is very fun to make oil pitha with the juice and flour of this fruit. But jackfruit is not easily digested, Eating too much jackfruit can cause stomach pain, so it is better not to eat too much jackfruit at once. Of course, many poor people spend their days eating jackfruit.
