The District and Sessions Judge Court is built over a vast area. This court is 4-storeyed, and all cases from the entire Bhola district are heard here.
There is an "Information and Service Center" in the court so that people do not have any difficulty in knowing about any matter of the court. Where there is information about all the activities of the court, if anyone needs any information, they can find out about it from this "Information and Service Center".

The canteen inside the courthouse.

There is a canteen inside the court. Since this District and Sessions Judge's Court is in Bhola city, people have to travel from far away to come here. Some come after eating food and some do not, so this canteen has been made so that everyone can buy food from here if necessary. In the morning, bread, tea, bananas, biscuits, coffee and various types of soft drinks are available in the canteen. In the afternoon, all types of food including fish and rice are available here.

Prison

This is the detention center inside the court, after the accused are brought from the jail, they are kept here. It is prohibited for anyone to meet any accused kept here without the permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
Police personnel always guard this jail so that no accused can escape.

Courtroom

This is a courtroom. It is a formal legal environment, where there is a high platform for the judge and seating arrangements for the participants. There are all the facilities inside the courtroom, including lights, fans, and AC, so that no one is inconvenienced. This is where the verdict of the case of the accused and the plaintiff is given or the date of the next hearing is announced.

Now let's talk about the environment outside the courtroom. The environment around it is quite open, surrounded by greenery. Many types of trees have been planted around the courtroom such as: mango, banana, pomegranate, coconut, papaya. There are also many types of flowers and trees, and vegetables have been cultivated in the empty spaces. A very beautiful seating area has been made under the big coconut trees so that people can sit and rest under the shade of the trees.

Pond

Sitting area by the pond

There is a large pond in front of the courtroom, where fish are cultivated, along with which water from this pond is also used for various purposes. A beautiful place has been made to sit with tiles on the pond ghat. Where anyone can come and spend time sitting on the pond bank and can also take a bath in the pond.

Water tap

There is a water tap next to the pond bank, which was originally built so that the people who come here do not have difficulty drinking water. This water tap produces absolutely pure cold water that quenches the thirst of the people here.

Parking area

Badminton court

The court has a bike parking area, where all the court employees, including police officers, park their bikes. Also, people from outside who come to the court can park their bikes here if they want, they do not have to pay any fee for this. In addition, a badminton court has been built next to the court for playing badminton on winter days. Where various types of competitions are also organized.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Court

The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court is located next to the District and Sessions Judge Court. According to the Criminal Procedure Code of 1898, these courts are run under the supervision of the District and Sessions Judge Courts. The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court has a list of various magistrates and their respective courts.

Rest room

A rest room was built on 28 November 2024 in the court premises for the rest of all the trial seekers. Since many trial seekers come to the court, it was built so that they do not have any problem sitting or resting. Apart from this, many sitting areas have been made around the court so that everyone can sit and rest.

Canteen outside the courthouse

In addition to the canteen inside the court, there is a canteen outside as well. But there are no such food items here, only soft drinks and tea and coffee are provided.

Natural environment

Also, the environment around the court is quite beautiful and due to the planting of green trees, the environment and nature here look more beautiful. Since there are many open spaces around, there is a lot of wind here, so people do not suffer much even in the scorching heat.
