How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S26/W1, organized by the Honorable Teacher @suboohi. She has brought us a delicious and healthy Appetizers, which is name is Introduction Of Appetizers". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Yes — I completely agree with this statement. Appetizers are often small, tasty, healthy dishes that are served before the main course. They usually have an attractive aroma, contrasting texture, and balance of flavors (salty, sour, sometimes slightly spicy) that can trigger saliva production and signal the mind to be ready for more delicious food. Eating appetizers does not fill the stomach, but rather creates a desire to eat more food. It creates more hunger. This is basically why it is said that "appetizers are used to whet the appetite".

Appetizers are foods that are usually eaten before the main dishes. Appetizers are a healthy and delicious food. They decorate to create interest in the main dishes. Today, the respected teacher has come up with two very delicious and healthy appetizers. I have chosen Chicken Corn Soup from there. Now I will present the tutorial on Chicken Corn Soup. Before that, I am presenting the ingredients with which I made the soup.
Ingredients: -
Chicken meat | 250 grams |
Egg | 2 pieces |
Sweet corn | 1.5 cups |
Corn flour | 5 tablespoons |
Rolled pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
Soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
Tomato sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Coriander leaves | a little |
pepper | 1/3 spoon |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | as needed |
Now I am making the soup with the above items. And I am presenting the tutorial for it.
Tutorials to make the Soup:-
🔘 Step:-01
- First, I wash the chicken meat well and cut it into small pieces.
- Then I boil the meat in a pan or saucepan with enough pure water.

- Now I add a spoonful of ginger garlic paste to the meat pan.
- I also add a small amount of black pepper powder to the pan.
- It will take 15 minutes for the meat to boil. I wait until that time.

- In the meantime, I break two eggs and separate the egg yolks.
- And remove the boiled chicken meat from the water and wait until cool.
- When the meat cools down, I slice the meat into thin slices. The thinner it is, the better.

- I add the thinly sliced meat to the water to make the soup.
- Now open the can of your corn and add 1.5 cups of corn to the pan.

- When the mixture of all the items becomes a little thick, I take it off the stove.
- Again, I pour the chicken soup I have made into a bowl.

- Now I add some green chilies and coriander leaves to the bowl of soup. This will enhance the flavor of the soup a lot.

- I have finished making my soup. Now I write the name of the challenge on a piece of paper and take a picture.
