Like every day, I wake up at 7.10 am. Every day I have to do some specific tasks in the morning. Like feeding my little boy breakfast to send him to school, getting him ready, checking whether he has taken all the books, etc. I go ahead to help my child and send him off to school after finishing all the work properly. My wife accompanies him. Then I go ahead to clean the houses. I clean and sweep all the houses and make them neat and clean.
Now I go to the vegetable market. I try to buy my daily vegetables every day. This creates an opportunity to eat fresh vegetables. I go to the market and visit a few shops, and buy some vegetables from a shop.

I reached the office at 10.50 am. I sat at the desk and started working. I work in a steel mill. I have been working here as a store executive for several years. I have to prepare some specific reports every day.

Again, I walked around the office for a while. I did this as per the doctor's advice. I have been suffering from back problems for a long time, and the doctor has forbidden me to work continuously. This walk is on his orders.
I concentrate on work again, but in the afternoon I usually feel a little tired and a little sleepy. I drink another cup of tea to get rid of the sleepiness; tea helps me get rid of physical fatigue and concentrate on work.
