The employees and founder of this store are engaged in work at the same time. It's a great thing that the entrepreneur himself works as an employee. I appreciate this work of entrepreneurs for business development and good management.

The employees here were very active. Their work and customer service were very fast. Their activity was very lively and clean. Here I saw four employees. Employees are on duty here for 12 hours a day. This is a lot, even though an employee's normal duty is 8 hours. The remaining four hours are overtime work for them.

Employees are paid extra hourly for overtime work. The behavior of the employees here is polite and friendly. They cheerfully converse with customers and present their products. All things considered, I am expressing a good attitude towards the employees.

The shop has a simple lighting system and electric fan.

The walls on three sides of the shop are made of hardboard. At the same time, the store had a very simple lighting system. There are two electric fans and four lights that are always running. Two fans and four lights were enough to operate the shop. They did not use any extra colorful lighting system to attract customers.

The existing products in the store were arranged in a very attractive way. The presentation and decoration of the products were very elegant. 95% of the products here were packaged. There were many types of dry food available here. The food was made behind this shop and sold here. However, every product here is sold within a specified time. Since this shop is located near the Bangladesh Airport Railway Station, the thought of adulteration in the product is very unlikely. That is, the quality of the product is pure and it is marketed well.

I saw some delicious food available here. The chicken roll and patties in particular were decorated in a very attractive way. The dry cakes and dessert biscuits were stored in a clean manner. The quality and taste of the products seemed to be the best among the buyers, as I noticed quite a crowd of customers and their interest. Anyway, I also bought some food from here. The quality of the food was quite good. At the same time, the expiration date and price were included with the food. Overall, I received a good service. So I appreciate the food here.
