Cooking tutorial : Hog plum sauce💚

Hope all of my dear friends of this nice community and steemit platform are very well by the mercy of Almighty Lord and so am I.Today I am here to share a delicious and beautiful recipe with you. I have made mouth-watering chutny or sauce with delicious hog plum. I have made this chutny for the first time though the final result was really satisfying and tasty. It is an easy recipe and anyone can easily prepare it with some simple ingredients. Ok let's see the required ingredients and steps to prepare the hog plum sauce...

Hog plum | 6-7 |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Mixed seasonings | 1/3 tsp |
Green chilli | 2-3 |
Salt | 1/3 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
Red pepper powder | 1 tsp |
Cumin powder | 1/2 tsp |
Semolina | 2 tsp |
Sugar | 5 tsp |
Bay leaf | 1-2 |
Water | as needed |
At first peel off the hog plums and cut them into slices. Wash the pieces nicely.
Place a pan on the stove and add required portion of oil when the pan is hot. Add the seasoning spices in the hot oil and then add the cut hog plums and chopped green chilliest in the pan and mix well. Add required portions of salt, turmeric powder and cumin powder to the hog plums and mix nicely.
Fry the hog plums in the oil for 4-5 minutes in medium heat. Then pour required portion of water in the pan and let the hog plums boil for 6-7 minutes.
Then add some semolina in the sause and stir well. Add a bay leaf for nice fragrance. At last add the sugar in the sause and stir. When the thickness of the sauce reach the perfect degree, the sauce is ready to serve.
