How are you everyone?? Hope all of my dear steemian friends of this nice community and steemit platform are very well by the mercy of Almighty Lord and so am I. Today I am here to share a beautiful and delicious food recipe with you. And this is "Stuffed kankrol fritters ". Some of you may be familiar to this food item and some may be not. Today we all can learn this food preparation from this post. So let's see how to make stuffed kankrol fritters....

Kankrol | 6-7(large) |
Coconut paste | As needed |
Rice flour | As needed |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 2 tsp |
Coriander powder | 2 tsp |
Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
Coriander leaves | As needed |
Gram flour | 100 gm |
Oil | As needed for deep fry |
Spoon | Small size |
At first cut each of the large kankrol at the middle into two pieces. Wash these and boil the pieces until these become softer. Don't boil excessively because this may break the outer kankrol skin. Then remove the central seed portions of the kankrols using a spoon.
Mix the kankrols' seed portions with required portions of rice flour, coconut paste, salt and coriander leaves. Then fry this stuffing with 1 tsp of ginger paste in some oil in a pan.
Take 100 gm gram flour and add salt, coriander powder, rice flour, and turmeric powder with it. Then make a concentrated paste using water.
Now fill the kenkrol skin's groove with the fried coconut stuffings. Press the fillings nicely.
Then dip the stuffed kankrols in the gram flour paste and leave these in the medium hot oil in a pan. Fly the fritters nicely until the color turn into golden brown. By noticing the color change remove the fritters from the oil.
This delicious and unique stuffed kankrol fritter recipe is finished here. You can serve these nice fritters with tomato sauce or just with rice.
