A little discussion before Iftar

Assalamu Alaikum friends,
In the morning, my friend called me and told me to go to the library. Today we will organize Iftar at the library. I went to the library in the morning. When I reached the library, I met everyone. We, like 25 people, donated money for this Iftar gathering. We donated 250 taka per person, which is 17 steem when compared to steem. We collected the money and had a meeting with the head of the library and got approval from the sir. We made a draft of what to market in the meeting and even if 25 people donated, we will organize 30 people. We handed over the money to the marketer.

We have to market now. We went to the market together in the morning and started the market. We will buy beef for the market biryani first. We will buy 6250 taka for the biryani. I am sharing some still images of the market below and how much and how much taka we bought and comparing it with steem.

We returned to the library after finishing the market and it was time for Zuhr prayer. We freshened up, performed ablution and prayed. We have to start working from now on.

Kerosene fuel stove

We brought an ancient kerosene stove for cooking, it belongs to a member of our library. We brought a deck on rent for cooking biryani. We are preparing the spices and other things first. We will light the stove for cooking from 11 pm onwards. We are lighting a kerosene stove from the British era. It is great but currently, no parts are available for it but we collect it from different places and use it. It is pumped into the stove to increase the temperature of the fire.

We covered the stove with bricks to give it a big deck and placed the deck on top of the bricks. We started cooking, waiting for the deck to heat up first. First I added soybean oil and when the oil was hot I added chopped onion in the oil and fried the onion. We are not professional cooks but we know how to cook a little. Today we will make beef biryani, so first I added all the spices and cooked the beef 75%.

We cut the potatoes for the biryani, fried them in hot oil and added them to the meat. However, everyone had different opinions during cooking, which led to a delay in cooking. We were all fasting, so no one could taste the biryani, so we were cooking with ideas.

Now we need to prepare the Atap rice. First we fried the peas and green chillies and then fried them with the rice. Now we put the rice in the meat pot and put it on low heat. When it was cooked in 30 minutes, we poured ghee into it and finished cooking.

We performed the Asr prayer. And are preparing for Iftar. We are chopping the salad and peeling the boiled eggs.

We sat down 20 minutes before iftar and a few people started serving food. We have served the iftar to everyone and are waiting for the time of iftar. We were finally able to complete our arrangement beautifully, Alhamdulillah. After the iftar, we offered the Maghrib prayer. After finishing the prayer, we said goodbye to everyone.
