There are different transport stations in my state where these shopkeepers ensure that they satisfy the passengers by providing all that they need.

Which transport station in your city did you visit? Review a business there.

The transportation station that is popular in my city is Soludero Bus Terminal. This station is owned by the state government, which utilizes the available buses to carry passengers from one place to another. There are different businesses in the station, such as provisions, fruits, pure water sellers, and more. Most of the business owners are doing their best in terms of attending to customers, especially students, to meet their urgent needs.

Transport StationBusiness owners at one stand

I usually like to patronize this bus terminal because the fees are cheap compared to private owners who also use their vehicles for transport business. Soludero Bus Terminal is a good place to visit. In fact, the government has directed all the buses within the community, including commercial vehicles, to be in the same place for the comfort of the passengers. This business is beneficial because some of these sellers use it to survive.

Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.

Yes, I bought dates at this Soludero bus terminal. As I mentioned earlier, there are different edible items you can easily see, and clothes and shoes are also available for those who like these products.

The prices of some of the products are stated below.

Why are passengers more attracted to these shops?

The shops that are available at the station are well-attractive to customers because most of the things they need are available. Those who sell pure water are also making good money because students who always patronize this bus station purchase pure water from the vendors whenever they are thirsty due to the stress they have experienced throughout the day.

Fruit sellers attract customers because most of these passengers prefer better options that will improve their health as well as mop up free radicals, which are diseases that are dangerous to our health. Anything that you want is available in some of these shops because this bus station is one of the commercial hubs within the state.

Are these businesses creating employment opportunities for local unemployed youth?

Yes, of course, these businesses create employment opportunities for youths who have just graduated from various universities, colleges, and polytechnics. When government jobs are not available for them, they can engage in this kind of transport business so that they can use the income they generate to take care of their families.

In fact, most of the mallams from Northern Nigeria, as well as indigenes, are engaged in selling goods to passengers so that they will not depend on anybody for survival. Most of the people who are self-employed in this transport business are youths, and many of them are doing well with it.
