Today, I will share with you the story of a successful entrepreneur. The entrepreneur's name is Bachchu. He did not pursue higher education. But he has established a sponge shoe factory. He has a small shoe factory near our office. Currently, he has established three factories. More than forty people work in his factory. Today, I will share pictures and videos of sponge shoe manufacturing.

I spent a few days trying to listen to stories of successful entrepreneurs of various products. I entered the shoe factory and was not allowed to take pictures at first. A few workers were operating the shoe-making machine in groups. A material called EVA is required to make sponge shoes, which is purchased from abroad. The sponge material is used according to the colour of the shoe. Then the sponge material is measured in the machine with a scale. Sponge materials of several colours are fed into the machine together.

The shoe-making machine uses hydraulic pressure. The machine flattens the sponge material with pressure. It takes five minutes to make one set of sponge shoes. Then the sponge shoes are sent to the quality department. The quality of the shoes is checked and sent to the packing unit. There are female workers in each unit. Then I go to the shoelace-making unit. There is an operator on the shoelace-making machine. The machine rotates around and makes shoelaces using hydraulic pressure. I make a video of shoelace making.

Then I went to the successful entrepreneur's office and sat down. Drinks were arranged for me. I listened to the story of becoming an entrepreneur while eating food. Shoes are sold from his factory in various markets in our country's capital, Dhaka. I wanted to know the brand name of the shoes. I was given a piece of paper with the name of the shoe brand. CCTV cameras monitored the entire shoe factory from a room.

I could not share the Steem-atlas or pictures of the shoe factory, as it does not have a nameplate. Shoes worth 3 million or 17647 Steem are produced every month. From a small shoe factory, today the successful entrepreneur Bachchu owns three shoe factories. I got inspiration from visiting his factory. I wish him success.
