Greetings, love & respect to all of my steemian friends.

I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. There is a beautiful and amazing learning challenge. The name of the challenge is Steemit Challenge SLC26-W1 | Street Business Diaries: Street Food and Snacks. The challenge organised by @max-pro. I am going introducing a streetfood shop. I hope everyone will like my post.

By street food, we usually mean some temporary shops nearby. Street food means food that is easily available. All these foods are usually very tasty and affordable. Usually street foods are phuchka, chatti, jhalmuri, bhelpuri, chicken roll, etc. Each food has a different taste and smell. Street food shops not only sell food, but they also become the center of people's chat, stories and laughter. Almost many foods are available in street food shops, just like the foods available in restaurants. You can eat your fill at a low cost without going to a restaurant. Street food shops are crowded in the morning, afternoon or evening and until night.

This shop is located next to our office. He comes every day around 3 pm and sells before his food is finished. Usually, all the food in his shop is sold by 9 pm.

His food tastes great. The shop is located next to my office, so I eat this food almost every afternoon. He will prepare food for you according to your needs, taste and budget. If you eat only Chattopi, the price is 20 taka, if you mix it with eggs, then 30 taka, if you mix it with eggs and fuchka, then 40 taka. This is how he sells Halim.

All these street food shops sold from vans have no names. Despite this, he named the shop after his son, Hamid Fuchka and Chatpati House. In the morning, he buys groceries and necessary items from the market. He cooks and prepares them. Then he arranges them in his van. He brings them around 2 pm. And at 10 pm, he sells the produce.

Other Street Food
1000038867.jpg1000038868.jpg

There are some other street food stalls in our area. I eat at these stalls almost every day. The taste of the food in each stall is different. If you eat once, you will definitely come back to eat again. Here is a mix jhalmuri with different items. He uses different spices to make jhalmuri. He sells muri according to the price. Mudi with potatoes, Mudi with chicken liver, Mudi with chicken feet, etc. Mudi is priced from 10 to 30 taka.

1000038870.jpg

This is a lemon juice stall. He makes and sells juice with lemon. Lemon sharbat is 10 taka per glass, but if you mix and eat the juice packet, then it is 20 taka per glass.

1000038878.jpg

Sugarcane juice is sold here. He uses a machine to extract juice from whole sugarcane. He sells 20 taka per glass of sugarcane.

1000038872.jpg1000038876.jpg

This shop has tikka and paratha rolls. A tikka costs 10 taka. If you eat a paratha roll, the price will be 20 taka.

A hawker has brought small baskets of fried chanachur here. He makes chanachur fried with onion, chilli and mustard oil. You can pay 10 taka or 20 taka according to the quality.

Business experience

All of them have been doing business here for many years. Talking to them, it is known that they start preparing their items from the morning. They arrange their things in their van. They bring them here after noon to sell. After finishing them, they return home. Sometimes it is around 10 pm to finish them.

Life Struggle

He brings these foods here every day to sell. Most of the time, he faces a lot of trouble on rainy days. Since his shop is on the side of the road, customers cannot come during the rainy season. All the customers in this area are workers from the nearby mills, so his sales are low on the days when the mill is closed. He sets a specific target every day that he has to sell his food. On days when sales are high, he is very happy. He can earn good food for his family and make a good market. But when sales are low due to rain or other reasons, he gets depressed. Because he has to save money from the sales every day to pay for house rent, the family's food needs, and the education expenses of his two sons. The fear of food going to waste if it is not sold constantly works in his mind. Even in the midst of this, he constantly struggles to survive. Sometimes, when he falls ill and cannot open the shop, he falls into even more danger. Sometimes, he has to borrow money from people. He constantly faces challenges. Because only if all his food is sold, he will be able to fulfill his needs properly. In other words, he constantly has to live with the challenge of winning the battle of life.

Inspiration

There is a lot to get inspiration from him. To survive in life, you have to struggle. You have to constantly face challenges and move forward. The target of selling his products is that it is important to have such a target in our life that I have to succeed. I should not break it.

Importance of street food business

Small street food business is very important in our society. Street food business can be started with relatively little capital. Many unemployed youth can open a small street food shop to eliminate their unemployment and get the opportunity to earn a living from it. Especially workers, students and pedestrians like us can get food at their fingertips quickly and at low cost. Since the price of food is low, it is possible to satisfy hunger with little money. Various. The street food of the area often highlights the taste and tradition of local food. Food stalls and shops become meeting places for people and hangouts for friends. The street food shops of an area make that area lively.

My last words and feelings

1000038875.jpg

Street food is not just food, it is a story of the struggle of some people to survive. This is the story of a city that brings smiles and a part of life to many people. The sound of fried chanachur mix on the roadside, the sound of making a mudi, the sound of a mixer to make a glass of cold lacchi all these hide the hard work of creativity and hospitality of many people. It is not just the middle class who come to eat at street food shops, but sometimes the rich also come to eat. These shops may not have the glitz of big restaurants. But the joy that comes with a plate of delicious fuchka, chatpati and haleem cannot be found even in many luxurious restaurants.

Thanks to my dear steemian friends Who read my post.
