Today I am very happy to participate in this competition. Sir gave me a recipe for making basil ketchup beautifully. This was an educational post for students, but I have gained a lot of knowledge about making recipes as a student. I am grateful for that.

List all the ingredients used in making herbal basil tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities.

Basil ketchup. This is very beneficial for us because it contains basil. Several ingredients are required to make this ketchup; each of these ingredients has a special role in making ketchup, without which it is impossible to make basic ketchup.

Among them, tomato is one of the reasons why tomatoes are an important ingredient in making ketchup. Since the recipe is basil ketchup, basil leaves are mandatory; this ingredient is associated with the name of the recipe. Cinnamon, cloves, red pepper, black pepper, apple vinegar, olive oil, etc., are among the ingredients to enhance the taste of ketchup.

Then I put those basil pieces in the tomatoes, and I covered them with a lid so that the steam does not come out. I kept it like this for about a minute, so that the beneficial juice of the basil gets into the tomatoes.

🥗 STEP 13 🥗
1000060477.jpg1000060439.jpg

After some time it thickens, when it thickens I take it out and keep it in a separate container to cool. When it cools, I strain it with the help of a sieve. I separate the cloves, cinnamon, and basil leaves with the help of a sieve.

1000060440.jpg

After that, I take a picture of the ketchup when it is ready.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.

I made the recipe, and the recipe is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. Adding basil leaves to make basil ketchup brings out the flavor of basil. I finally arranged some more basil leaves like flowers to present them.

1000060413.jpg

I put it in a black container to make it stand out more. Since the color of the ketchup is red, I put it in a white container and wrote my name and date on white paper. But since everything is white, I arranged it in a black container, which makes it stand out clearly and beautifully.

Explain any three herbal health benefits of basil tomato ketchup.

Three herbal health benefits of basil tomato ketchup are explained below.

1000060408.jpg

🌿 1. Increases immunity

The natural antioxidants in basil leaves destroy free radicals in the body, thereby strengthening the body's immune system, which helps protect us from colds, influenza or other infectious diseases.

🍅 2. Helps prevent heart disease

Tomatoes contain a powerful antioxidant called lycopene. This powerful antioxidant, lycopene, reduces cholesterol in the blood and helps keep the arteries of the heart clean. When mixed with basil, it controls blood pressure.

😌 3. Improves digestion

Both basil and tomatoes work as digestive aids. Basil reduces diseases like gas, heartburn and stomach pain, and since tomatoes contain fiber, it keeps the stomach clean and helps keep the digestive process normal. As a result, eating basil tomato ketchup helps to digest food quickly after eating.

I would like to invite my friends @shahid76 @mahadisalim and @wuddi to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996
