Hello steemians friends, come accompany me today. Today I am willing to go to the city in hot weather to take part in this very impressive challenge. Okay. In my city, Aceh, Indonesia provides a lot of street food or on the sidewalks of the city center. In my local city, I often find several snacks such as Bakpaw, fried meatballs, sponge cakes and kebab.

Today I really want to enjoy kebab. I will also provide more details when I buy street food, namely buying Kebabs. Kebab is one of my favorite foods. The kebab that I bought is a very popular food in many places, especially in my city and in Aceh, Indonesia. In my city, kebabs are also one of many people's favorite snacks which are sold from roadside carts like the example in my photo.
I myself very often eat kebab snacks. In fact, I buy kebabs almost every other day every week. Especially in the afternoon if I don't have rice for breakfast. In fact, I always have breakfast with street food such as kebabs. Personally, I think I can tolerate kebabs during the day or evening, because every time I enjoy a kebab my body has no effects or has an unpleasant taste. So I substitute rice if I don't have the appetite to enjoy kebabs for breakfast.

Kebabs also have many variations of taste which I can convey in this answer. As in my photo, there are different variations in taste and price. Apart from that, there are also variations of kebabs based on the type of meat, such as beef and chicken kebabs plus raw vegetables such as tomatoes, red onions, lettuce. Wartel and added other foods such as eggs and sausages... Well friends, I want to give a detailed answer about the variations in taste and price. And the prices for kebabs in Aceh are below.
Beef and chicken kebab 13,000 IDR Equivalent to 6 STEEM.
Meat egg kebab 15,000 IDR Equivalent to 7 STEEM
Sausage egg kebab 12,000 IDR Equivalent to 5 STEEM
Special or complete kebab 20,000 IDR Equivalent to 10 STEEM
So friends, today I only bought the third kebab above, namely the sausage egg kebab for 12,000 IDR, equivalent to 5 Steem. It was good enough for me to enjoy it.

I never lie about my feelings. Friends also definitely know the taste of kebab, whether in Indonesia or abroad. It tastes very good in my opinion, because it is very suitable for us to eat to replace staple foods. Because kebabs are accompanied by fresh vegetables and eggs, sausage or meat. There is a delicious spicy taste too because kebabs are best eaten with chili sauce or tomato sauce. In my opinion, kebabs are very delicious.
I find this question very sad. Because I have felt like those who survive and accept whatever obstacles there are to survive. In fact, I was very honest when I visited here, I spoke directly to the owner of the street vendor shop. Shop owners, as I felt before, they face various challenges in running a business, often namely close market competition, limited capital and the most difficult thing in my opinion is difficulty in managing finances.
And it is also very necessary to retain and attract customers and with changing trends nowadays, because very often what we experience as pioneers is that many of them compete with other shops.
But when I used to sell. I always learn patience and sincerity. Because everything has been arranged by Allah SWT. Because nowadays, many people want to do street business or street merchandise with limited capital. So we have to learn what I have answered above again, namely being patient and continuing to survive as best we can with the effort we give.
I have several opinions that I want to convey here. I think street vendors or street food sellers. That street vendors can provide scale for fast and easy economic services for both small and large businesses. This is what is important for me to say from my point of view, consumers have the impression that the goods they sell are generally cheaper than in markets such as supermarkets or modern markets in big cities.
Nah, friends. One more thing I want to give an important answer to this question. I am a street vendor too. Because I used to be very active selling on street vendors. The importance of the street merchandise business has a very important purpose for society. Especially in terms of providing employment opportunities and access to affordable food, and this is also very important, namely the socio-economic dynamics in urban areas.
Because I think street food provides informal employment opportunities for many people or local communities and includes those who may find it difficult to find work. Apart from that, their existence also provides affordable food choices for the surrounding community.
