How I got to know about this platform:

A very good friend of mine @promiszella introduced me to this platform which at first I wasn't interested in it until I decided to give it a try and I must confess that this is one of the most amazing platforms I have ever joined so far.

I don't just love this platform because I will meet new people but I love this platform because I will be opportune to learned a lot of things which I have never known before and also sharing ideas and experiences, and the best part of it is that as you are learning you are also achieving things and gaining at the same time.

My favorite passions are reading, listening to music and cooking. I bet you when it comes to cooking I can beat the jackpot.

As I said earlier, I'm a student of medical physiology and due to my cause of study I do go into research about the human body not only that but also go into [tech and scientist].

I have a deep passion for health, wellness and living an active lifestyle. I believe that health is wealth and that taking care of yourself is one of the best investments anyone can ever make.
