Achievement 7: Rewards, Clubs, and Powering Up

Hello Steemit Community,

I am pleased to present my Achievement 7 task, where I will share my understanding of rewards, clubs, and powering up on Steemit.

💰 Rewards on Steemit

On Steemit, rewards are generated through posting, commenting, and curating content. These rewards are split into two parts:

Author Rewards → earned from creating posts and comments.

Curation Rewards → earned from voting on others’ content.

Rewards can either be claimed manually through the wallet or auto-claimed depending on user preferences.

Clubs on Steemit

Steemit encourages users to strengthen their accounts by joining reward clubs. The clubs are based on the percentage of rewards powered up:

#club5050 → At least 50% of rewards powered up.

#club75 → At least 75% of rewards powered up.

#club100 → 100% of rewards powered up.

These clubs build trust and demonstrate commitment to the Steemit ecosystem. Members of clubs often receive greater visibility and support from the community.

Powering Up

Powering up means converting liquid STEEM into Steem Power (SP). Benefits of powering up include:

Increased voting strength.

Higher curation rewards.

Greater influence in communities.

A stronger long-term Steemit presence.

I have learned that regular powering up is essential for growth, stability, and building credibility on the platform.
