I like different types of competitions a lot and it is even better when there is a competition to make different types of food. @suboohi Thank you very much for giving a beautiful competition and for giving us the opportunity to participate. By participating in this competition, I made a very interesting halwa with semolina. I hope you will like my dessert recipe today.

Yes, I definitely think that sweets are very important in our special occasions. Sweets have a very essential place in special occasions of our lives. I think that sweets are not just a food but a means of expressing greetings, beauty and love. We consider the use of sweets in every celebration as a part of respect and hospitality. Again, distributing sweets among relatives and neighbors strengthens social bonds. When something new starts, we give priority to sweets first to spread the news of someone's success among relatives. I think sweets spread happiness among people and complete the event. I think that any kind of event remains incomplete without sweets. Any event seems incomplete to me without sweets. That is why I think that sweets are a very important part of various types of events.

Today I have tried to prepare the Suji Halwa recipe very nicely and present it to you step by step. Below I have presented each step of the recipe very nicely. I hope you will like how I made this recipe.

Step 1

First I put a pan on the stove and added a little oil to it. You can use ghee here if you want, I used oil here.

Step 2

At this stage, after the oil is hot, I add a cup of semolina to the pan. I will fry the semolina for a while.

Step 3

I fried the semolina until it was slightly brown. I spent quite a bit of time frying the semolina until it was brown.

Step 4

I added cow's milk to it. Here I used two glasses of cow's milk. After milking the cow, I cooked it for a while.

Step 5

At this stage I used 2-3 drops of red food coloring. I didn't have any yellow food coloring so I used food coloring here. Using different types of food coloring or yellow food coloring in food makes it look very interesting and beautiful.

At this stage I used half a cup of sugar. After adding the sugar, I stirred the sugar with the semolina and mixed it with the help of a whisk. The sugar can be added as per one's preference, but I used half a cup.

Step 7

At this stage, I added a pinch of cardamom powder to the semolina halwa, which gives it a very nice flavor and makes it delicious to eat.

At this stage, my semolina halwa is completely ready. Now I take it out of the hot pan and put it in a bowl. Then I sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
