To make the sweet, first put a pot on the stove and add some oil to it. You need to add a little more oil because you have to fry all the flour. I added three teaspoons of oil.

Then I put one cup of water in a pot on the stove again. Then I added half a cup of sugar to that same cup and stirred it. Then I added salt to taste. After that, I stirred it well for a while.

Once the sugar has melted, add a cup of milk to it. Then add a few cardamom pods. Then stir for a while and let the milk boil well.

Then add the fried flour and stir well for a while. You have to stir a little too quickly here otherwise the mixture will clump. Cook like this for about five minutes.

Then, I have to brush a bowl with oil first, where I will keep the sweets. Then, I have to serve the sweets beautifully.

I took a round plate and poured the sweets. Then I sprinkled the chopped almonds nicely on the hot sweets. It should be kept like this for about half an hour. Then the sweets will gradually harden. Then cut them with a knife and serve them nicely.
