Ingredients
• Tomatoes 6 piece
• Sugar 3 table spoon
• Chillies 2 table spoon
• Salt 1 table spoon
• Onion 2 piece
• Garlic 2 piece
• Vinegar 2 table spoon
• Mustard Oil 2 table spoon
Details :
First, I took a few tomatoes. Then I washed them and cut them into very small pieces.
Then I added some dried chilies to the chopped tomatoes.
Then I chopped some onions from the tomatoes I had left. Then I placed them on the stovetop.
Then I left it on the net for a while and then boiled it well.
Then I let it cool for a while and put the tomatoes in a blender.
Then I put the cooked tomatoes in a blender and pureed them.
Then I took the branded tomatoes into a bowl.
Then I added salt and sugar to the blanched tomatoes.
Then I mixed the tomatoes with sugar, salt, and vinegar and mixed them well.
