Hi @tocho2,
Was a interesting read.

It is no secret to anyone that there is currently a great need to reduce energy consumption in cities, as well as reduce CO2 emissions.

This is also called the "3D" concept. Which modern world is moving .. Decarbonize , Decentralize and Democratize .
It will take more time to achieve this objective.
