Another great piece and solid summary of another chapter. Thanks for sharing link to your previous post. I somehow missed it and will check it out in a sec.

What Everybody Wants.
These words might look small but I think that finding out this is not at all easy and it requires thorough research and skill to read people's behavior.

From my experience, most people do not even want to put minimum effort into learning what others want. We usually are fully focused on our own needs. Unfortunatelly.

Author Dale has mentioned in this chapter that we need to be sympathetic to the desires and ideas of the people and this way they will gain more faith in us and this can be a good thing in the long run.

Easier to say than done, isn't it?

    absolutely true. Most people don't care much for others and always focused on themselves. But if we spend some time to learn and understand about others then it can help us a lot.
    Its truly worth if we pay more attention to others.

    Although its not easy but if we put some effort into this to figure out about another person then also its great.
