I fully share your appreciation, these incentives only help the worker at the time, but in the long run, they worsen him as many other benefits that over time have ceased to perceive. At the moment of retiring from the company these incentives, which were attractive, are not part of their salary, for that reason they are not calculated in their social benefits.
