I think the most important feature is to get out of our comfort zone, it's a zone where nothing grows, where nothing changes, and if we want to create something it definitely has to be far from there. As long as we don't face the changes and the new we will never be able to grow, the days will simply pass and we will still be in the same place as 10 years ago.
That's the truth, getting out of our comfort zone is the first and most important step to take.
