The advantages or benefits provided by all technological advances depend on the use that society gives it.
The pandemic accelerated the implementation of many of them to our daily activities, solving many problems caused by covid-19.

Likewise, my friend @janettyanez, more important than the tool is how it is used, it can be to improve the development of humanity or, failing that, to disunite it, hence it is so important to evaluate the incidence of it within the social development.
