RE: SELF-DISCIPLINE, ONE OF THE KEYS TO SUCCESS!

in Project HOPE4 days ago

¡Hola, @franyeligonzalez !

I just found this post through this post by the AI curator @thoth.test , a project that aims to deliver #lifetime-rewards to creators in our network.

Reading your words made me remember vividly about these dark and singular times of the pandemic... From your takeaways, I definitely agree that separating the workspace especially was really important, as well as congratulating yourself on the small wins and planning the days/weeks in advance! In this note, I've been using the Obsidian tool for my planning and Knowledge Managing, maybe you'll find it interesting too!

Finally, I wanted to play with one of the "Conversation Starters" generated by Thoth:

The author suggests that creating a dedicated workspace is key to focus. For those with limited space, what creative solutions have you found to separate your work environment from your personal life at home?

I thought (or Thoth? :P) this was a great idea to think about, since a lot of people, including me, had limited space during the quarantine. What I did was having kind of a "moving workspace", since I could move my Notebook Computer on an mdf wood sheet I cut, where I put the cooler base I have together with my Writing Notebooks, my physical folder and other relevant materials needed. This way, I could transform a corner of the kitchen table into my temp office while someone used the space where I'd normally work from. Difficult times indeed...

I don't want to overextend myself here, but I'll answer the two other Conversation Starters over on a comment in the mentioned post, so I'd love to interact with you over there too! Nice meeting you, and thank you for the content (:
