Very good advice friend, I will start by making my list of distracting agents.
- Netlix: new season of Dark, the new season of umbrella academy ...... I think I will fail this month, there is too much good programming XD
it's just a joke, if we don't demand of ourselves we don't achieve anything, SELF DISCIPLINE is the key to success .... thank's for sharing
