Homemade Ginger Chili Ketchup

So first of all I have brought some tomatoes in front of you and this is a tomato we will wash it well and after washing I will cut it into small pieces when I have cut it well the purpose of this is that these boil very quickly and in a very short time for us they become very soft due to which we will be able to move on to the next step

So first of all I have taken a separate pot and inside the pot I have put tomatoes and placed it on the stove and inside I have put water and I have put almost enough water in which it can boil easily so within five to seven minutes they will boil and become very soft and we will also take less time in this way if we grind now we could have done the grind earlier but if we boil and grind then within one minute we have a very soft paste ready so We boil it first so that it becomes very soft, so now I have boiled it and it has become very soft, so we will grind it through a grinder machine, so I have ground it in front of you through a grinder machine, it has become a very good paste.

And now it's time for the next step, now I have taken a separate vessel and in it I have taken a spoon of ghee, in fact I have taken less then a spoon of ghee and now I will put it on low heat. In it, I have taken ginger paste and green chili paste because I will have tomatoes, the quantity was also small, so we have to put it in it according to our tomatoes, so I have taken half and half of the green chilies , and I have used half a spoon of ginger and I have made them into a paste. Now I will put it in the ghee, which must have become very hot, and after frying it for two minutes, I will mix it in the tomato paste that we had prepared and cook it on low heat for a while.

And now after I cook it for a while, our paste is very tasty. Now I will filter it through a sieve because there are seeds inside it and the small pieces of ginger and the small pieces of green chili that are left will remain inside our paste. So we will filter it well. I need a sieve. It will come out and the bad paste will be on one side. So now we have filtered it.

Now I will put it on the stove again and, I will add sugar inside it, which I will put according to my taste. I felt that one spoon of sugar would enough because our paste was less, so I have taken one spoon of sugar and added salt to taste and pepper to taste and one spoon of vinegar it was available. The other vinegar was neither available to me nor could I get it right now, so I have added white vinegar inside it and I have cooked it for two minutes and now our ketchup is ready.
