This another home made routine to add to my list.
But since I'm in southern Nigeria, finding some of this ingredients might be a problem for me or people around here.
I appreciate you for sharing this knowledge, at least I've know now and if possible to get the ingredients complete, I'll try it.

    We have them here in the Northern Nigeria
    mostly sold by this Fulani women them selfs

    You could also get it around that area if you can look for it
