Greetings my beloved steemit, its another amazing day, i hope you guy's are active im every ready here, I Iove you all.
Waking up this morning with a burning desire of preparing a garnished fried eggs with choped beef as my breakfast , i bough 5 eggs, tomatoes, beef and other ingredients to make sauce because i don't wamt to a heavy food in the mornings, i choose lite food so i can be able to have strength to do other work.

I noticed that anytime i eat a heavy food in the morning i sleep beyond control and i will feel more lazy for the day i decided to check alternative ways to stol the challenge because make me to skip some important works in the office so i tried fried eggs and beef sauces to see a different to my working style.

Today in the afternoon during my break time in at work i decided to takes myself for picnic at one most expensive hotel here in Nigeria called moti suites hotel, a buffer is 15,000 a table woek is 3000 and other soft drinks a bottle is 5000 during my lunch i went out i spent 30,000 just to a plate of buffet, i did ir to feel happy because all work no play makes Jack dull boy.

When i arrived i draked one glass of smooth Guinness to calmed my head for stress awaiting for my buffets out side the hotels, something its good to handled our body like qbay so it can e active for work I respective of what your passing through take time to handle yourself atlases once a month.
