Agriculture is the most popular employment in your country Pakistan as you said like about 90% of citizens work in the agriculture and forest section.
Agriculture is indeed a good job and a source of income for citizens in your country which is very nice to hear because with agriculture you will produce good crops and mostly food stuffs for consumption.

The work like you said is not easy and it a bit hectic and tiring, they have no choice but to do it because the rate of unemoloyment and poverty is very high so it's best they do it than to stay idle.

Nothing good comes easy and like you said in your post you have, other source of employment like taxi drivers, teaching etc. Which is also a good profession.
