The Diary Game | 02/10/2025 | Sowing and caring at the fields and enjoyment at festival event

Hello Hindwhale Community Friends,

The field wakes up when the first seeds drop. Planting is a deeply hopeful act. Every tiny seed holds a promise of food. Farmers walk the dirt rows, their shoulders soon hurting. They must spread the seeds just right.

Too shallow, the wind steals the seed away. Too deep, the sprout cannot push through the dirt. This careful start ensures everything else works later. The real job starts right after planting. Tending the new crop requires constant watch.

Water is vital, but farmers must use it wisely. Too much water drowns the tiny plants. Too little water leaves them dry and withered.

Weeds are always trying to take over the ground. They must be pulled out nonstop. Farmers need to guard against bugs and sickness. They protect the fragile plants from many dangers.

This cycle demands care, patience, and steady effort. Every hour spent working the ground leads to a big harvest later.

In the evening we went to celebrate Dussehra festival at main ground of the town. Dussehra starts with the loud beat of drums.

The strong smell of marigolds fills the air. Local fairgrounds turn into bright, shining places full of light. Everyone feels a thick wave of excitement. This feeling sets the stage for the big moment: the Ravan Dahan.

The fun reaches its peak when Ravan and his two massive brothers burn. These huge figures catch fire. The whole crowd roars with a giant cheer.

Fireworks explode above, raining down golden sparks. This great fire shows that good always wins over evil. After the show ends, everyone quickly moves toward the food.

The victory must include sweet treats. Hot Jalebis soaked in sticky syrup are the official snack. People pair them with crispy, spicy Kachoris. Families gather to share many boxes of mithai. They pass around colorful Laddus and rich Kaju Katli.

Loud laughter happens as they eat and feel renewed energy. This simple mix of fire shows and comfort food defines the true joy of Dussehra.
