There was once a time when I got a cold that I was shivering; this happened because I did not wear my sweater. After all, I took it to the farm.

I am feeling cold writing this post because it had just rained in my area, and everywhere is so cool. Moreover, it will also be wise to remember that the cold weather also has benefits like being able to preserve foods like fish, meat, and beverages. During the cold weather, scientists can also be able to research how to tackle prolonged cold diseases, It also provides recreational activities such as ice skating and skiing. I have never taken part in any of these activities but I am sure that they are interesting.

The word cold cannot be talked about without reference to the emotional coldness aspect. For me, emotional coolness is a lack of empathy concerning human interaction interactions that is social well-being. An individual who possesses a cold attitude or behavior can have a distance or carry behavior towards owners. This cold attitude is usually caused by past traumas, personal traits, or emotional heartbreak. Individuals that have cold attitude change to have less communication with us, avoiding getting hurt the second time.

Most individuals possessed this cold behavior because of how they were brought up, some parents may have taught their children to stay on their own regarding the fact that everyone works for themselves. Causing them to have a cold attitude, not feeling peace around people or having meaningful relationships and deep connections with people. The cold behavior sometimes comes because people have social anxiety or are shy about interacting and having close relationships with people.

The cold was set to occur during the winter, but if an individual experiences prolonged code temperature, his or her mood becomes affected, conjunctive function as well as overall well-being. Individuals who are experiencing emotional coolness can experience loneliness, disconnection, and even isolation.
