Yep, you can come to Canberra during the park is open for public in Sep-Oct every year, the blooming season. There are direct flights available from Bangalore to Sydney and then you can take a bus or connecting flight to Canberra (Bus 300 km 3hrs flight less than an hour.) All the best!
