Embracing the Challenges of Fasting: A Day of Hard Work, Spiritual Devotion, and Tranquility in Ramadan

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

I had gone to bed a little late at night because of having a holiday today, and I had no obligation to reach the office and do the routine office work. It was only after two weeks that I had some time at home. I got up early in the morning at around 4 AM and went straight to perform ablution to purify myself for the religious rites that followed, like having the pre-dawn meal and then going for the morning prayers at the nearby mosque.

As the month of Ramadan is the holiest month of the Islamic calendar, these days we strictly adhere to religious principles and hardly allow any leniency in religious matters and practices. We are encouraged to increase charity and serve humanity by helping the poor and needy and by sharing meals with others. I spent some peaceful time in the mosque early in the morning, as doing so brings positive energy and a good vibe that lasts throughout the day.

After returning home, I went back to bed for some more sleep. It was around 9:30 AM when I got up and took a hot bath.

As I got out for some sunbathing, my father told me to accompany the laborers who had come to spray horticulture spray oil over the apple trees to make them look fresh and help them fight diseases and insects. Since I am the only one who drives a car in my home, I had to carry the sprayer along with other appliances and assist the laborers in spraying the oil.

It was quite a tiring job, and since I was fasting, I couldn’t even take a sip of water throughout the day, which made it even harder. My throat remained dry all day, but patience is a great blessing, and I am very thankful to the Almighty for granting me such endurance, allowing me to complete my fast.

We sprayed the oil over apple orchards in different parts of the village, and by then, most of my work was done. Spending time in the orchard these days is quite pleasing, and the fresh air out in the open after a long, harsh winter is unparalleled.

I spent my holiday doing some work at home, and it was very late in the afternoon when I returned home after finishing my tasks.

Later in the day, I made preparations for Iftar, the breaking of the fast, for which I needed to buy some items from the market. Today, my preparations were simple as I couldn’t do much due to exhaustion, so I remained content with a few food items.

In the evening, after breaking the fast, I offered prayers and then headed to meet my friends in the village market. I had already eaten an early dinner, and later in the evening, I attended the special Ramadan prayers. After finishing the prayer, I returned home, went to bed, and called it a day.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
