The diary game. A Day Filled with Early Morning Reflections, Household Duties, and Joyful Moments with Family

Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

I am an early bird and rise up early, even before sunrise, but today I was a little exhausted and couldn’t sleep well throughout the night because of the presence of my cousins in my room, who were sleeping right beside me. I was worried about their sleep and their position throughout the night, as they are little and do not stay in bed—they can roll off it. For that reason, I couldn’t sleep properly, as I had that thought in the back of my mind.

Upon getting up, I purified myself for the morning prayers. Prayers are fundamental to religion, and the morning prayer is quite important. Starting my day with prayer is always no less than a blessing. Offering the morning prayer helps me stay encouraged and positive throughout the day. It brings peace and helps me to establish a divine connection throughout my day.

After I was done with the morning prayers, after about one and a half hours, I returned home and got into some gardening work that I usually do very early in the morning. Dedicating some of my time to maintaining the aesthetics is a must, as I have been investing in it for a long time now, and I cannot let it go without my attention or allow it to turn into some ugly nuisance. I watered the lawn, removed the weeds, and placed different vases at their appropriate places.

After finishing the gardening work, I set off for a walk along the newly metalled road, which covers a distance of more than 2 km. While jogging, I broke a good amount of sweat. As I was satisfied with the amount of sweating and the calories I had burned, I returned home and had my breakfast together with my parents, who were waiting for me.

As my cousins were at my place, they wanted me to play with them because they are more attached to me, and for me, they are more like a blessing in our house. They bring immense joy and pleasure whenever they are around. My maternal cousin is especially attached to me, and he never stays calm without my presence; I need to be around him all the time. I made them play cricket as I bowled and fetched the ball from different corners, not letting them move outside the house premises. Staying within the boundary is important and a responsibility on me because they tend to step outside the premises, which increases the risk, as a good number of vehicles move on the road.

Later in the afternoon, after having lunch, I accompanied my mother as we had to fetch some apples from a far-off orchard located at the top of a hill. We had already collected some apples earlier, but some were left behind and needed to be carried back home today. We took a different route this time, and since the orchard is located over a hill, the bird’s-eye view of the village is quite mesmerizing. It allows one to enjoy the beauty of our village and escape the commotion of life in the valley.

It was a long walk to the orchard, and we had to cover a distance of more than 2 km through hilly terrain. Eventually, we reached the orchard, and after packing the apples in containers, we headed back home. It was already evening. Upon reaching home, I was welcomed by my cousins, and after taking some rest, I got busy with them again.

Later, my mother sent me to bring some groceries from the local market, where I spent some good time with my friends as we got an opportunity to meet. It was around 9:30 PM when I had my dinner, after which I spent some time on social media, as I have a habit of watching reels. It was around 11:40 PM when I went to sleep and called it a day.
