The Diary game. Embracing the Spiritual Essence of Ramadan: A Day of Fasting, Preparation, and Prayer
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
Today was the second-last day of Ramadan, and as I had been very strict in adhering to the tenets of this month, I got up very early in the morning at 4 AM and then performed ablution to purify myself for the religious rituals that followed. After getting up, I quickly did some physical exercises to wake myself up, as I was feeling a little sleepy. Then, after some time, I joined my parents in the dining room and had the pre-dawn meal with them.
After finishing the meal, I went and sat for a while until the time for the morning prayer arrived. Then, I headed to the mosque and offered my prayer in congregation with other members of the community. It’s quite wonderful to be there early in the morning and start the day with peace and devotion. It is so satisfying and gives me immense pleasure every time.
After returning home, I went straight to bed for a second spell of sleep, as I hadn’t completed my rest earlier. I took the opportunity to sleep and relax a bit more, and it was around 10 AM when I finally woke up.
Today, we were given a day off from the office by our boss because we had been continuously involved in office work for more than two weeks without a holiday. To compensate for the missed holidays, we were allowed some time to relax after completing our work commitments.
At home, I had a few different tasks to accomplish, and one of them was spraying pesticides and other spray oils on the trees. My house is already surrounded by apricot trees, which have fully bloomed and are adding a beautiful view to the surroundings. After spraying pesticides and oil on the trees, I…
It was quite a pleasant time at home after I finished my job of spraying pesticides and oils on the trees. Then, my mother sent me to buy some groceries and other food items for Eid, which was just a day away. Most of the necessary items had already been gathered, but a few things still needed to be arranged, so I was assigned the task.
For this reason, I went to the main market of the village, where I happened to see my friend, who had also come to buy food items. It was a lucky coincidence that we met, especially while preparing for Eid.
Later in the day, I got involved in preparations for breaking the fast, known as Iftar, for which I needed to process some food items and also prepare some at home. I broke my fast around 6:15 PM, after which I went for the evening prayers.
After finishing the prayers, I quickly went back home to have an early dinner and then headed to the main mosque of the village to offer the special Ramadan Taraweeh prayers. The prayers took me more than an hour and a half, after which I headed back home and went straight to bed to get a good amount of sleep.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
