1 - Make a "Fruit Salad": Contain at least three different fruits of your choice and a dressing.

Fruit Salad -Recipe

INGREDIENTS

💚 Apple 💚 Banana 💚 Pineapple 💚 Almond 💚 Sugar 💚 Milk cream 💚 Edible Gelly 💚 palm candy

Step1 :

I took a well-ripe banana and an apple and chop them into small pieces and kept them aside

Then I took a pineapple, peel it off and cut it into small pieces

Then I Took equal amounts of the three chopped fruits in a seperate bowls

Step 4 :

Took the almonds and crush them to make small pieces

Step 5 :

After that, I took a big glass bowl and put the sliced bananas, apples, and pineapple pieces, added a spoon of almonds and a spoon of palm candy in to the bowl

Step 6 :

After that, I took a spoonful of edible jelly and soaked it in water for 5 minutes and added it to the bowl and mixed them well with a spoon.

Step 7 :

Then I added a spoon of sugar; it is not necessary if the pineapple is ripe. then I added milk cream and mixed them well with a spoon.

Step 8 :

Similarly, I cut the tomato slices and coriander leaves into small pieces and mixed them together.

Step 9 :

After mixing everything well, I took them out on a plate.

Now the juicy and healthy Fruit salad is ready. This is good to eat with breakfast and also evening snacks.

I generally like all fruits, and pineapple is my top choice among the fruits included in this because its sour and sweet taste makes it a delight.

Benefits of Banana

It also prevents constipation. Since it is rich in vitamin A, eating it will improve your body's growth. Vitamin A has the power to destroy infectious germs, so the body does not get infected with infectious diseases. 100 grams of banana contains 358 grams of potassium. Excessive intake of potassium can affect the heart rate. Therefore, it is important for heart and kidney patients to take it as per the recommendation of a doctor or dietician.

Benefits of Pineapple

Pineapple is rich in vitamin B. It increases blood flow in the body, gives strength to the body, and is a rare medicine that cures many diseases and relieves migraines. Pineapple soothes the throat. Pineapple is a good medicine for vomiting, nausea, hunger, and lethargy caused by bile. Since this fruit is rich in protein, it can cure digestive disorders and inflammation in the body. It contains chemicals that fight cancer. Regular consumption of pineapple prevents bone-related problems, digestive problems, and intestinal worms.

Benefits of Apple

It is said that if you eat an apple every day, you will never need to go to the doctor. Apple fruit is rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants. It is very helpful for the normal development of a human being and a healthy life. 100 grams of fruit contains only 50 calories. It prevents some types of cancer, including lung cancer. It dissolves and expels gallstones. The soluble fiber in apples reduces cholesterol and provides health. Apples are packed with many vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C is commonly found in fruits. This vitamin is a common antioxidant in fruits. It is an essential dietary nutrient that has many important functions in your body.

Yes, all the above items are freely available in our area. Pineapple and banana are grown in our village. Only apples come from states like Kashmir and Shimla. Almonds and bananas are also produced in our village. All are freely available in the shops where they are located. I have listed their prices below.
