Task 1:

First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.

Pain

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with or consistent with actual or potential tissue damage. It is a personal experience and is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors. Pain serves as a protective signal that indicates that something is wrong with the body.
Key Features of Pain

  • Personal Experience:
The way pain is experienced varies from person to person.
  • Tissue Damage:
Pain is usually associated with damage to tissue caused by health problems such as injury or disease.
  • Protective Function:
Pain serves as a warning signal to protect us from physical harm.
  • Different Types of Pain:
Pain can be short-term, called "Acute pain" and long-term called pain is "Chronic pain"
Acute pain

Acute pain is a short-term pain that occurs suddenly due to a specific cause, such as injury, illness, surgery, or childbirth. It is a warning that tissue damage has occurred and usually disappears after the underlying cause is corrected. It can be sharp or dull, and it usually stops on its own within the healing period.

Chronic pain

Chronic pain is a condition of pain that typically lasts for more than 3 months, longer than the typical recovery period for an injury or illness. It can be pain caused by a specific problem or damage to the nervous system, and is a serious medical condition that affects quality of life.

Pathology

Acute pain pathology refers to situations in which an individual experiences an injury or endures a medical condition.
The first line of defense our body employs is to initiate inflammation around an injury. For instance, a typical injury to an individual may occur when a hard object strikes the elbow or knee. If the injury is superficial (the skin remains unbroken), initial redness will appear, followed by cyanosis of the skin after a day or two.

This occurs because pain receptors in our body send signals to the brain and spinal cord, prompting the brain to release neurotransmitters that carry pain signals. The inflammation or swelling around the injury heightens the pain signal, necessitating attention to both the pain receptors and inflammation, which in turn alleviates pain.

Task 2:

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.

I have never seen or heard of anyone suffering from this disease, but I have been suffering from lower back pain and pain in my thighs, heels, and knees because as a graphic designer, I spend a lot of time working on the computer and also doing housework such as dishwashing, mopping the floor etc myself. Moreover, one more reason for the pain is my increased body weight.

I have already benefited greatly from doing many of the pain relief exercises I learned on the Steemit taught by @ashkhan. I have been doing this particular exercise for the days I have been particpated in the course, and I feel less pain because of it, and I will continue to do it. I hope to get good results.

TASK-3

Try to practice at least 3 exercises that you have learned from the lesson. Share images, gifs or videos while practicing preferably gifs or videos.

I don't have any patients to tain these exercises, so I'm practicing these exercises myself, and I'm going to write about it here in detail.

Hamstring and Calf Stretch

Hamstring and calf stretches are exercises that help increase flexibility in the hamstrings and calf muscles. To do this, you can place one foot firmly on the floor, extend the other leg forward and place it on a stool, and then bend your knee and lean forward toward the stool. These stretches are done to loosen muscles, loosen tight muscles, and for rehabilitation after injury or pain.

  • Stand with both legs straight out in front of you, facing a stool.
  • Place one leg behind you, press your heel into the floor, then bend your back leg forward and lean forward toward the stool
  • placing your hands on your hips.
  • Slowly lean back until you feel a stretch in your calf muscles, and hold for 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeat this for both legs.

When I did this exercise, I felt my ankle, knees, back , butt, thighs, and stomach getting STRETCHED, and the pain there was reduced.

Exercise for Low Back Pain

To do this exercise,

  • Lie down: Lie on the floor or mat.
  • Raise one leg: Slowly raise one leg, straighten the right or left leg without bending the knee, place your hands on the back thigh and slowly pull it towards your chest.
  • Until you feel a stretch: Pull the leg until you feel a stretch in the back thigh and hold it in that position for a while.
  • Repeat with the other leg: Repeat with the other leg.
  • Similarly, while doing this, one should raise one's head, and one should stretch the other's head.
  • Repeat with the other hand.

When I did this exercise, I felt my lower back, butt, thighs, and knees getting STRETCHED, and the pain there was reduced.

Task 1 (1/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. You share good knowledge about pain, it's types and pathology. But it would be better if you add the pathology of chronic pain as well because if I asked about both types then you have to add the pathology of both types.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)That's good my course challenge was helping you in relieve your pain. Yes, prolong standing and sitting can lead to thigh, knee and ankle pain. Hamstring and calf stretches are best for muscle tightness in thigh, and lower legs.
Task 3 (5.5/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions, You perform the exercise well and that's good you stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate that you efforts but it would better if you thoroughly read the post before publishing as I have seen spelling mistakes like lie down but the correct spelling lay down.
