Today, I will write my diary game, which is dated 06-05-2025. I will share the parts of my daily work through writing a diary. I hope everyone will like my diary writing. Today I reach the office at 9.00 am like every day. Upon reaching the office, I first go to see the broiler chickens I keep. In my absence, the electrician of the electrical control room takes care of the chickens. I clean the chickens' food and water bowls at the office. Then I give the chickens new food and water. Then I have breakfast. Today I will start the maintenance work on the 220 kw AC drive. Two engineers from Fuji Electric Company will work with me as a team. Today, the AC drive has to be started, and the smoke purification section has to be started. In the afternoon, we will start the work of installing the SCR. Today, we have to work day and night to start the drive.

Twelve SCR drives need to be installed. Our entire team works together, and each one is given a task. Then I leave the office for lunch. After lunch, I return to the office and work on the drive. I leave work once every hour to see the chickens. Then I go to the office to take an hour's rest. I sit in the office for an hour and write a blog on the Steemit platform. Then I started working in the office again.

220 kW AC drive maintenance time

In the afternoon, I went out to do field work at the production unit. Our company produces rods. First, billets are produced by melting iron. Then, rods are made from billets again through a reheating furnace. A lot of electricity is required to melt iron. Iron is melted through an induction furnace. Water plays a very important role in rod production. We see the grade of the rod, which is based on water.

Then I went back to the AC drive maintenance room. At 8:00 PM, I started the drive by applying the SCR. Starting a very large drive is risky, so we started the AC drive at 10:00 PM after all the tests and inspections. We completed the AC drive work. Then at 11:00 PM, I went home. After going home, I rested. Then I submitted a blog written during the day on the Steemit platform. In the afternoon, I ate and went to sleep.
