Top Ten Mart Ltd is the name of a brand of clothing fashion in our country. In 1992, a person named Syed Hossain created the Top Ten Mart company on a small scale to develop our clothing fashion. Currently, there are more than 41 outlets in the main cities of our country. Today, I have reviewed the largest outlet of Top Ten Mart located in Mirpur, the capital of Dhaka. The Top Ten Mart outlet is located on the third floor of Mirpur New Market, located in Mirpur 01, the capital of Dhaka. There are about thirty employees at the outlet. The entire outlet is designed with glass all around. The outlet is fully air-conditioned. There are separate T-shirts for salesmen. Top Ten Mart mainly sells clothing, fabrics, tailoring, cosmetics, toys and gift items. There is a separate unit for each product in the outlet.

Clothing Unit

There are instructions to wear a face mask to enter the outlet. I first enter the shoe unit of the outlet. The shoes are beautifully arranged. A price list is given with each shoe. A salesman helps to match the shoe size. There are shoes of domestic and foreign brands in the outlet. The quality of the shoes is very good. There is a one-year guarantee system after purchasing the shoes.

Then I go to the clothing fashion unit. There are clothes lined up for children and adults. I choose clothes for my daughter and son. A salesman helps me choose clothes. I match the size of my daughter's clothes according to her age. The entire outlet is illuminated, so the colours of the clothes look very bright. However, the clothes are of high quality.

Toys Unit

Then I go from the clothing unit to the bags and toys unit. There are different types of toys for children. A salesman is showing how to use the toys. I used some of the toys when I was little, which I bought for my son and daughter. Some of the video games were very nice.

Payment Counter

After shopping, everyone goes to the cash counter and pays. There are four counters at the cash counter. There is the facility to pay online and offline. Each product has a QR code on it, which automatically shows the price when shown on the computer at the counter. The entire branch is controlled by CCTV cameras. Since it is an outlet with a large area, it is convenient for customers to shop.
