The Diary Game | 8 , 6 , 2025 | A Homemaker’s Eid : Tired Hands but happy heart
Hi friends, how are you? I hope you are all fine and doing your jobs well under the blessings of Allah Almighty. First of all, I congratulate Eid-ul-Adha to all my family members. Although I am new in your family, I feel so honored and happy that I am a member of a great family.
Today was the 2nd day of Eid. As usual, I spent my day doing homeworks. Sometimes I think that before marriage, I had homework from school, but now we have a lot of homework from our home 😟. I slept yesterday at late night because we sacrificed a calf and we distributed meat till the evening.
Today, I woke up early in the morning. I offered my Fajr prayer and did recitation of the Holy Quran. Recitation of the Holy Quran is a great source to get rid of your thoughts and worries. Then I cleaned the house. Thank God tomorrow is the last day of my turn; after that, I will be free for a month from this duty.

I made breakfast for my mother-in-law. I also joined her. Today, our breakfast was paratha, marmalade of mango, along with tea. After finishing my breakfast, I took a shopper of meat from the refrigerator and put it in the kitchen for a while. Later, the meat was in normal form. I cut it into small pieces because I wanted to make fried meat with masala for Mannat's baba and uncle. It was our lunch also. My children also joined their baba.Mannat was ready.she was so afraid of calf and want to go to my father house.
My nephew requested me to help her in making "Gool Gappay." Are you familiar with this spicy and a little bit sweet dish? If you are Pakistani or Indian, then you have a lot of water in your mouth!
Because it was the second day of Eid, I had a lot of work, so I told her that tomorrow I will try to make this amazing dish. In the evening, we had a barbeque. My jithani made kabab. I made roti. A few years ago, we had a great and wonderful party in our house, but now some members of our family have gone abroad and they were not with us. So today, we had a small party in our house.A few years ago we used to do barbecue on a charcoal grill, but today we made kebabs on a tawa
My Steemit friends, this was my routine of today. Even if I am tired, I feel cool and calm because of some appreciating words. I feel so happy when my family members appreciate me on my roasted meat salan with gravy.

Ingredients :
Meet
Onion
Ginger ,garlic paste
Tomatoes
Red chilly
Salt
Dry coriander Garam Masala
Oil
First I fried onions for a while.I had a beef and lt is not easy to cook in normal pan.so I put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker ad some water .Then I closed the cooker for 15 to 20 minutes.when it start to whistling I noticed the time.Afer 15 minutes I opened it.There is little water in it . I kept it on high flame and dry the water. When the oil is come on the corner of meet then the sallan is ready. I put some garam masala and dry fenugreek on it and cover it.
A delicious meal is ready try it with chapati,salad and mint souce.The quantity of all ingredients is depend on your taste and according to the members.So my steemit fellows,now I want to say goodbye to all of you.stay healthy with peace.God bless you all.
