Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am here to present to you my new Food Diary Game post dated 16th June 2025 to participate in the weekly Food Diary Game Contest. Like every week, this week too I would like to thank my dear @jyoti-thelight mam who organizes this wonderful Full Diary Game Contest every week. So to participate in today's contest, I am presenting my food list of the previous day in stages.
After waking up in the morning, the first thing I drink is a glass of water because I was very thirsty that morning. After drinking water, I feel refreshed and after waiting for some time, the food is served on the table. Like every day, we had bread and my favorite dal for breakfast, which we eat as needed. Moreover, I always like something light for breakfast.

Since my childhood, I have a habit of eating light food for breakfast and sometimes I eat rice and sometimes bread. However, whatever food I eat, my quantity of food is less than other times. However, that day I had my favorite dal and bread for breakfast.
After finishing all at noon chores and taking a bath at a specific time at noon, I change my clothes. Then I get ready for lunch because lunch should be a little special compared to other times. Moreover, I eat more food at noon during the day, so after going to the dining table, I see that rice, chicken, dal and kebab have been cooked there for lunch.

The goat meat kebab was the best special for lunch and it tasted quite delicious. Moreover, I like chicken a lot which is cooked about 3 to 4 days a week. Anyway, for lunch I had chicken, dal and special kebab with satisfaction.
After lunch, I take a walk for some time and rest every day. Then after resting, when I wake up in the afternoon, the first thing I do is freshen up and look for food to eat for a light meal in the afternoon. However, that day, I kept Chanachur and Muri Makha in my list of light meals in the afternoon, which are my favorite foods.
I love chanachur and muri makha very much and whenever I go to any event, if there is a chanachur and muri makha shop there, I buy them and eat them. Moreover, I almost always have chanachur and muri at home, which I eat occasionally as a light snack.
That evening, I felt like having something different, so I left my house and went to a small fried food shop near my house where various types of fried food including luchi, puri, piaju, potato chops are available. Although I like all these foods very much, these foods do not have any health benefits, rather, these foods are harmful to our body in excess.

But I don't always eat these fried foods but I eat them after a while. So that day for dinner I bought some puris from there and then ate them with tomato sauce for dinner. To be honest, these foods are very tasty that's why I sometimes include these foods in my food list.
