How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today is Tuesday and the day of 22-04-25. Today, I consulted a homeopathic doctor for my physical illness in addition to my regular activities. In today's diary, I am going to present some of its notable events. I hope you will be with me.

It’s 7.30 am. I woke up fresh and drank two glasses of water and did light exercise. That's the time the back pain increased. I stopped exercising and took a rest. I have been having problems with my back for a long time. I feel a lot of pain when I sit and work for a long time. That pain has increased even more now. I stayed lying down for a long time.
At 9.15 am, I left the bed to get ready to go to the office. I took a bath and sat down to do my morning routine. After finishing my breakfast with simple flour bread and vegetables,
At the time of going to the office
I left for the office. Upon reaching the office, I focused on my regular activities. I work as an executive in a private organization. I have to do desk work all day. I keep doing those tasks one by one. At 12 noon, I take a break from work for a while and have a light tiffin. Then I started working again.

I work continuously till 2 pm. This time I offer Zuhr prayers. Then I sit down to eat lunch. I eat lunch with the food I brought from home.

In the afternoon, I have to go to the homeopathy doctor. Before that, I have to complete my regular work. So, I focus on work again. I finish my work at 5.30 pm. I tidy up my desk, and then I leave for the doctor.
At the time of going to the doctor's chamber
The homeopathy doctor's chamber is in Khilgaon Chowdhury Para. It took me about 2 hours to board the bus from here. I left with one of my colleagues. After crossing various traffic jams on the road, I entered the homeopathy doctor's chamber at around 8 p.m.
The doctor got this education from his father. His father was also a famous homeopathic doctor. Now he is quite famous and practices homeopathy treatment.

I entered the doctor's chamber. The doctor listened to my problems carefully. He carefully looked at the tests I had done due to my back and wrist problems. Then he treated me. He gave me several types of homeopathy medicines. And told me to take the medicines regularly. I paid for the doctor's visit and the medicine and came out of the doctor's chamber.

After leaving the doctor's office, I went to Khilgaon Market. There, I wandered around the entire market. The delicious food here attracted me. I was especially attracted by the tea shop here. I was surprised to see the different types of tea arrangements here. The customers were also very interested in tasting those teas.

Now I'm on the bus again to go home. I reached home while observing the beautiful scenery around me while coming by bus. I reached home at around 11 pm.

I rested for a while, took a bath, and freshened up. Then, after having dinner, I went to sleep to get rid of the fatigue of the whole day.
