But I cook for my children with love. Today, for example, I made chicken roast. This dish is loved by everyone in my family, especially my youngest son's favorite dish,. Chicken | 1.5 kg |
Roast spice | 1 packet |
Soybean oil | 1 bowl |
Powder milk | 3 spoons |
Sour yogurt | 4 tablespoons |
Ghee | 2 tablespoons |
Tomato sauce | as needed |
Onion | 1 bowl |
Onion paste | 3 tablespoons |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 tablespoons |
Green chili | 4 pieces |
⭐️Chicken roast tutorial⭐️
- First, I cut a broiler chicken into large pieces.
- I wash them well and clean them. Then let the water drain.
- Now I put a bowl of soybean oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot, I let the chicken pieces fry half.
- When the chicken pieces are fried, I put them in a bowl.

- Now I put half of the chopped onions in the pan in the hot oil and stir them a little at a time.
- When the onions are fried, I also put them in a bowl.
- Now I add 2 spoons of ghee in the hot oil.

- Now I put the remaining half of the onion in the hot oil, now I add, ginger garlic paste, onion paste sour curd and roasted spices one by one.

- Now I add the tomato sauce in sufficient quantity and stir at list 10-15 minute.
- I let all the spice mixture fry for a few minutes.

- At this stage of cooking, I add the previously fried chicken pieces to the spices. I mix them by turning them around so that the chicken mixes well with the spices.
- Now I add the liquid milk to the pan and mix well.
- I fry the chicken in the spices for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

Now I put the chicken roasts in a bowl.
Now I sprinkle the previously fried onions in the roast.
