The Diary Game (17-05-2025) : Today I Went to the Doctor for my Monthly Medical Checkup.

Assalamu Alaikum to everyone. I'm back again to share with you another day of mine. Today was a very important day for me. Because today was the day of my monthly checkup with the doctor. Every month I have a monthly checkup and follow the doctor's advice. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I took the doctor's serial. I have to call before 8.00 am to get the serial of the doctor. Then I got serial number 03 towards evening.

After taking the doctor's serial, I got out of bed and freshened up. Because today I have to go to my office again. After coming from the office, I have to go to the doctor in the evening. I freshen up, eat breakfast and medicine. Then I get ready and leave the house for the office. I went outside and saw that there was a lot of sunshine and it was very hot. So I found a CNG in front of me. I rented the CNG and reached the office today.

After coming to the office, I got busy with work. As the working hours passed, I saw that it was lunch time. Today my mother gave me biryani for lunch. Even though I was scared all day due to the doctor's checkup, I still felt very good about eating biryani. Because biryani is one of my favorite foods. While eating lunch, I went to my Steemit account and kept checking the updates. Anyway, I finished my lunch and went back to my office work.

Then in the afternoon, I printed some important documents for the office. Which were the tender work of my office. I did a job for a long time. I had to print about 200 pages. In the meantime, I saw that there were many clouds in the sky outside. It seemed that it would rain a lot after a while. Meanwhile, around 4 pm started to ring. I thought that I would return home early today since I have a doctor's appointment today.

But it was too late to do office work and the sky was cloudy again. Today I did not bring an umbrella again. If I leave the office to go home at this moment, if it rains, I will be in a lot of danger. Anyway, there is nothing I can do. In this weather, I left the office at around 4.30 pm to go home. The good thing is that it hasn't started raining yet. And by the grace of Allah I reached home within 45 minutes.

At 7.00 pm I went to the hospital with my father. I have been feeling tight in my lower abdomen for some time now so I wanted to know if this is normal during this pregnancy. Also on a certain date every month I come to my gynecologist for my checkup. After coming to the doctor's chamber, I came to know that the doctor had not come yet. He had an operation today. So he finishes that and then sees the patient in the chamber.

Anyway, I booked a doctor's visit in advance. Then I collected my receipt and started waiting for the doctor to come. In the meantime, many patients had left. I had serial number 3 so I was a little self-possessed. I was sitting on a chair outside the doctor's room, waiting. Meanwhile, the doctor's assistant was collecting the visits from each patient in advance and distributing the receipts with the help of a software on the computer.

In the meantime, I saw that the doctor had finished his work and came to the chamber. After a while, I was called. A female nurse was assigned inside to assist the doctor. She called me and took me to the entrance of the room. The female nurse wrote down my necessary information on the prescription. First of all, my weight was measured and then my blood pressure was measured. Then she wrote down how many weeks of my pregnancy I was and handed over my file to the doctor.

However, today's sad thing is that my blood pressure came out much higher in the checkup, which I did not expect. I told the doctor all my problems. He spoke to me about the solution to this problem. Then he became concerned about my high blood pressure. Because my blood pressure was 145/95 at the time. The doctor told me that such high blood pressure is not good for the baby at this time. He changed some medicines for me and gave me two medicines for hypertension. Also, the doctor asked me to meet him again after three days. Then I left the doctor's room after saying goodbye to him.

Then I came out of the hospital and came to my area in a rickshaw. I went to a medicine shop in the market in my area. Since the doctor has told me to take new medicine today, I will buy all the medicines. I went to the medicine shop in the market and gave my prescription to the shopkeeper. He was giving me each of the medicines one by one. I was matching every single medicine prescription. Then I paid him the bill of medicine.

Then it was almost 11 o'clock at night when he came home. I come home and change my clothes and freshen up. I also got very hungry. I asked my mother to prepare my dinner. After freshening up, I had dinner. I was feeling very tired because I was very busy all day. I take my medicines at night after dinner. Then I made my bed and went to sleep.
