There are several places to visit in Bangladesh, among which the Ratal Gul swamp is the most popular. The Ratal Gul were the first swamp of Bangladesh, but now several more swamp forests have been created. Among the 22 swamp of the world, the Ratal Gul swamp are the most popular here, 3325.70 fit field and have been identified by the Bangladesh government.

Riverside location

There are two more harbours to the south of this forest, and it is also located about 26 kilometres from Sylhet city. Many people also know this Ratargul place as Rata Gachhe. Located in the northeast of the Sylhet district, these Ratals are wetlands and receive heavy rainfall most of the year.

There are different types of trees in this swamp, and the different types of trees are very densely packed. And when you enter the trees, the environment is very dark, and it immediately seems scary. Most of the yoga is seen in this forest, and in the dry season, beji is seen. There are also monkeys, guiseps, and birds, including fishranga,tia, bulbuls, etc. Various types of birds are seen in winter.

Entering by boat

In winter, various types of guest birds, including the Balli Haas, appear here. Among them, a large variety of vultures appear in this forest. Also, many fish are found in this wetland. Among the fish are Pabda Rui, Katal Tengra and various species of fish are found.

The truth is that people who want to enjoy this wetland tour come during the rainy season, and especially to go inside the forest, they must rent a boat. They can enjoy the beauty of the forest as they move forward on the boat, and for this, they have to talk to the officials there in advance.

Empty environment inside the forest

Here, rows of boats stand by the river, and people rent boats to enter the forest and enjoy the beauty of the forest. Also, it is never a good idea to go alone in this forest. It is always better to go inside with family or acquaintances. There are many ancient trees here, many of which have roots that have come out, but we will see many large and ancient trees and bananas inside. There are also some empty spaces inside that are perfect for taking pictures, and there is a lot of air and a beautiful atmosphere that you definitely can't believe unless you see it with your own eyes.
