I hope you are all well, thank God, I am also completely fine and healthy. Today I am going to share with you guys the Chicken White Karahe. which I find very delicious and tasty. Whenever I have special guests in our house, I prepare this dish for them. Today I will also share with you guys how I made this Karahe , step by step. • Ginger

• Garlic

• Black pepper

• Dry coriander

• Green chili

• Oil

• Fresh coriander (cilantro)

• Water

• Yogurt

• Cream

• Clove

• Large cardamom

• Garam masala (mixed spices)

To prepare this dish, first of all, I have taken three medium-sized onions and at the same time, I have taken a piece of ginger and some garlic. Now, I will peel them. After peeling them, I will grind them finely. I do not want to chop the onions into small pieces at all, but rather grind them finely so that they do not spoil the taste of the dish. So, grind them very finely and finely grind the ginger and garlic from the onion.

Now I don't have two teaspoons of black pepper, one teaspoon of dried coriander and two red pepper. Now I will grind them finely and make them into a powder.

I don't take the powder you made at all. I often keep it as a paste and then grind it as finely as needed and use it. Now I have also finely ground these and put them on a plate and put them on one side.

Now I have taken two cups of oil and put it on a pan. When the oil is hot, I have added two cloves, a pinch of fennel and two large cardamoms.

As soon as it is hot, I will add the two kg chicken that I had taken and as soon as the color of the chicken changes, at that time I will add three chopped onions to it.

As soon as its taste is gone, I will add a teaspoon of salt.Now I will fry it well, it will be fried well, then I will also add ginger and garlic to it and continue frying it well, keep in mind that our couple of inches are medium.

we have to cook them medium inches too, then I have taken two cups of curd in it and I have put it in it, add curd and make the curd light and now I have given it a stir, now we will cook it for fifteen to eighteen minutes, in between I have been stirring the spoon in it so that it does not stick from the bottom.

As soon as the curd has dried for eighteen minutes, my dough has dried up. Now I have added two black pepper powders and one red pepper flakes that I had made into a fine paste. After adding them, I will fry them well. They have a very nice aroma. When they have a nice aroma, now I will add two spoons of cream to them. After adding the cream, I will fry it for a minute. Then I will add three green chillies and the coriander that I had finely chopped. Now I will fry them very well.

If your pan is completely dry and you haven't made enough yogurt sauce under it, then you have to add one or two cups of water to it and as soon as it thickens, then turn off the stove completely. In this way, our beautiful chicken white pan is ready. If you also make it according to the method I have mentioned, I hope you will prepare a very good dish.
