Yummy Chotpoti in Narayanganj.

	Final Result

^{Today, instead of reviewing homemade food, I’m going to review a street food item. A few days ago, my husband and I had a delicious plate of Chotpoti. I’ll be sharing the process of how this tasty Chotpoti was made and my review with you all.}

Explanation

---

First, we went to the street food stall. It’s worth mentioning that this stall is located by the roadside in Chashara, Narayanganj. When we arrived, we talked to the vendor and ordered two plates of Chotpoti.

As you can see from the photo, the vendor had all the ingredients ready at hand for making Chotpoti.

First, he took three plates. Then he added chopped onions and chopped green chilies to them.

Next, he added chopped coriander leaves.

Then he added a few types of delicious ground spices.

After that, he added the hot Chotpoti lentil mixture. From the picture, you can probably tell that he evenly divided the lentils into all three plates.

He then sliced a boiled egg and mixed it in. Step by step, he added the egg slices to all the plates.

Then he added some crispy Fuchka by crushing them nicely so they’d be even more fun to eat.
